Kelowna RCMP are looking to help a local mother who had an urn full of ashes stolen from her truck last month.
On Thursday, April 26th, the urn, as well as bags of food and baby clothes, was stolen from a white 2011 GMC Sierra parked at the Comfort Inn on Highway 97 North.
Some of the stolen items were discarded nearby, but the urn is still missing.
The urn is described as having a name plate on the side, with the name “Michael” engraved on it.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of the stolen urn, please contact the Kelowna RCMP at (250) 762-3300, or remain anonymous by leaving a tip with Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
