A sure sign of spring in West Kelowna is when Two Eagles Golf Course opens its driving range.
And, this morning at 11, the range was full.
Director of Golf Dean Claggett says, "We all got tricked with winter time, thinking that we were going to have an early spring, but then the cold weather started at the end of January and all of February. We're as excited to get open as all the golfers are."
Claggett says if Mother Nature co-operates, the plan is to open the course itself next Thursday.
Claggett adds, "We all know, sometimes Mother Nature is tricky."
