More beach access is being closed today, as the stretch between Lake Avenue and Burne Avenue has been shut down.
The news comes a day after city crews closed off Manhattan Point because of high water in the Lake.
As well, the rising water has forced the closure of the Water Street boat launch, as crews are adding more sandbags to keep water away from a couple of pumps.
The Sutherland Bay boat launch has already been shut down for a few weeks, though the Cook Street launch is still operating.
West Kelowna closed all their public boat launches weeks ago, citing concerns from lakefront property owners.
