Pebble Beach Park in West Kelowna is undergoing a temporary closure for construction work in the area.
A new outfall pipe is being installed, which will run 440 meters through the park and into the Okanagan Lake.
The 3.5 million dollar project is in place to increase efficiency at a nearby water treatment plant off Gellatly Road, which treats 10 million litres of waste water in West Kelowna per day.
Construction will be happening daily, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, up until March 31st.
Residents in the area will be informed of any traffic control near the park.
