The City of West Kelowna is welcoming back customers to Municipal Hall, but continues to encourage people to conduct as much business as possible online.
To assist the public with COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing and gathering size limits, for the next several weeks, a Welcome Back Ambassador will greet customers in the City Hall courtyard during business hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
City Hall reception can only accommodate a maximum of eight customers at once time in the interest of safety and for the wellbeing of residents and staff. Residents may encounter wait times and may wish to access the city’s online services and connect with staff by phone at 778-797-1000 or email at info@westkelownacity.ca. Find contact details for specific departments at westkelownacity.ca/services.
The public is encouraged to conduct as much business as possible online and visit City Hall in-person only if they must. For example, residents can easily claim Home Owner Grants online in less time that it takes to drive to City Hall by visiting online.westkelownacity.ca. Residents can also pay property taxes and utility bills through their financial institution quicker than the time it takes to travel to City Hall. Select West Kelowna Taxes or West Kelowna Utilities as the payee.
